Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be sent within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email our Customer Service Department at info@kendipanama.com to obtain the address where you must return the item.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. If you wish us to handle your return, $15.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. Additionally, a $5 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $150.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Returns are made only by store credit or change of size or product. We do not refund money. If you return an item, you will receive an email within 2-3 days of your return with a one-time-use coupon code worth the amount of item returned. The coupon will be valid for 1 month (starting on the date our email is sent).
Exceptions

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- For defective or damaged products, please email our Customer Service Department at info@kendipanama.com for a refund or exchange. In this case, we will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
